MINILIVE (“company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “services”) is a video-sharing platform that allows users to download and upload videos, chat with friends, interact with new people, share content, and browse through the feed. MINI LIVE provides users with fast and fun ways to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together!
When you use these services, you’ll share some information with us. So we want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

Of course, you’ll also provide us whatever information you send through our services, such as images, text messages and videos (collectively referred to as content). Keep in mind that the users who view your images, text messages and videos, and any other content can always save that content or copy it outside the app. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to MINI LIVE as well: Don’t send messages or share content that you wouldn’t want someone to save or share.
When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question.
Information We Get When You Use Our ServicesWhen you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them. We might know, for instance, that you watched particular images, text messages and videos for a certain period of time, and share some content with others. We collect information about your hardware and software, such as the hardware model, operating system version, device memory, advertising identifiers, unique application identifiers, apps installed, unique device identifiers, browser type, language, battery level, and time zone.
You provide your mobile phone number to create a MINI LIVE account. You provide us the phone numbers in your mobile address book on a regular basis, including those of both the users of our Services and your other contacts. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such numbers. You may also add other information to your account, such as a profile name, profile picture, gender, age information, and status message.
You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you so we can provide you customer support. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.
Usage and Log InformationWe collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services, and the like), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
How We Use InformationWe use all the information we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.
Our ServicesWe operate and provide our Services, including providing customer support, and improving, fixing, and customizing our Services. We understand how people use our Services, and analyze and use the information we have to evaluate and improve our Services, research, develop, and test new services and features, and conduct troubleshooting activities. Your phone number, profile name and photo and status may be available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users.

Users with whom you communicate may store or re-share your information (including your phone number ) with others on and off our Services. You can use your Services settings and the block feature in our Services to manage the users of our Services with whom you communicate and certain information you share.
Assignment, Change Of Control, And TransferAll of our rights and obligations under our Privacy Policy are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliates, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, successor entities, or new owner.
Managing Your InformationIf you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to do that through Services Settings. You can change your Services settings to manage certain information available to other users. You can manage your contacts, groups, and broadcast lists, or use our block feature to manage the users with whom you communicate.

We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Our users agree to our Terms of Service ("Terms") by installing, accessing, or using our apps, services, features, software, or website (together, "Services"). Our Terms do not allow our users to violate someone else's intellectual property rights when using our Services, including their copyrights and trademarks.
As explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy, we do not retain our users' messages in the ordinary course of providing our Services. We do, however, host our users' account information, including our users' profile picture, profile name, if they decide to include them as part of their account information.

ChildrenOur services are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 18. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Revisions to the Privacy PolicyWe may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. But when we do, we’ll let you know one way or another. Sometimes, we’ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy that’s available on our website and mobile application. Other times, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our websites’ homepages or providing you with an in-app notification).
